In The Electronic Catalog, The Customer Defined The Frame Quantity For Each Item, Which Was Established Based On The Expected Use Of The Given Item. In The Case Of All Items, The Buyer Undertakes A Withdrawal Obligation For A Total Of 50 Percent Of The Frame Amount (Rounded Down) (Withdrawal Obligation). During The Duration Of The Framework Agreement, Procurement Is Carried Out By Direct Order From The Bidder(S) Selected From The Electronic Catalog According To The Objective Criteria Included In The Framework Agreement.
