This Is A Restricted Tender Procedure Relating To The Project Management Relating To The Requalification Of Public Spaces In The City Center Of The Commune Of Saint Julien En Genevois: Place Général De Gaulle, Place Du Crêt, Western Sector Of Rue Fernand David, Place De La Libération, Grande Rue, With Particular Issues Of Quality, Harmony With The Buildings Of Different Eras, The Place Of Plants And The Security Of Active Modes. The Selected Team Will Have To Carry Out The Basic Mission Broken Down Into Firm And Optional Sections According To A Defined Scope. The Expected Missions Are Detailed As Follows: 1° Pre-Project Studies; 2° Project Studies (Pro - Including Quantitative); 3° Assistance Provided To The Project Owner For The Award Of Works Contracts (Act - The Drafting Of The Company Consultation File, The Analysis Of The Offers And The Negotiations To Be Carried Out); 4° The Directorate For The Execution Of Works Contracts (Det); 5° Assistance Provided To The Project Owner During Acceptance Operations (Aor) And During The Perfect Completion Guarantee Period; 6° Visa Of The Studies Which Were Carried Out By The Economic Operators Responsible For The Work (Visa); The Part Of The Financial Envelope Allocated To The Work Relating To The Requalification Of Public Spaces In The City Center Of The Commune Of Saint Julien En Genevois Is 6,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Buyer Has Planned To Limit The Number Of Candidates Who Will Be Invited To Participate In The Offer Phase. The Number Of Candidates Is 5 Minimum Subject To A Sufficient Number Of Applications
