Dance And Performance Entertainment Services – Framework Agreement For Sound, Lighting, Stage And Consultancy Services For The North Norway. The Agreement Shall Cover The Contracting Authority ́S Need For A Total Supplier For Sound, Lighting And Stage Equipment, As Well As Staffing And Consultancy For Planning And Implementing The Festival ́S Main Production In Harstad. The Main Production Will Be Carried Out Annually In The Summer. The Tenderer Shall Coordinate And Deliver Engineering In Cooperation With The Contracting Authoritys Production Manager. Some Of The Contracting Authoritys Venues Have Technical Frameworks In Place, But May Require Supplements Within Personnel Or Equipment, As Well As Several Locations Where A Stage Must Be Built With Full Delivery Of Sound, Lighting And Sufficient Manpower For Performing Arts And Concerts. In Addition Tenderers Must, Via An Internet Based Production Tool, Seek Out Technical Specifications For The Different Productions, Which Shall Form The Basis For Ordering The Contracting Authority.
