In Fulfillment Of The Assignment With This Public Procurement, The Selected Contractor Should Carry Out The Relevant Construction And Installation Works Related To The Construction Of An Annex To The Existing Building Of The 201St Ou St. St. Cyril And Methodius, Which Annex Is Planned To Consist Of Two Buildings - A School And A Kindergarten. The Specific Project Decision Envisages That The New Annex Will Include: - Six New Classrooms, Each For 25 Students; - Two Specialized Offices - In Chemistry And Biology; - Two Preschool Groups, Each For 25 Children; - Sports Hall With Changing Rooms; - Administrative Premises; - Sanitary, Technical And Service Premises. The Addition Is Planned On The West Side Of The Existing Building. The Extension Is Structurally Divided Into Three Separate Blocks (Bodies), In Accordance With The Natural Unevenness Of The Terrain. Its Levels Are Aligned With The Levels Of The Existing Building. The First Body Has Two Floors And Is Intended For A Large Sports Hall With Double Height And Communication Areas. The Second Building Has Three Floors And Is Designed With Classrooms, Administrative, Technical And Sanitary Facilities. The Third Building Houses The Two Preschool Groups, As Well As A Sports Hall And Service Rooms For Them.
