Quotation are invited for Supply and Installation AC at Urwego Bank Head Office All the quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes with the following mentions:RFQ 2025/01/LOG/OP/001 for supply and installation of three Air conditioners at Urwego Finance CBC Head Office. 2.Prospective bidders are advised to prepare their quotations based on the attached bills of quantity. They are welcome to conduct a site visit anytime between January 16th and 27th January, 2025, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. 3.The quotations received, and acknowledged at the HO, will be opened and analyzed for selection by Urwego Tender Committee Members who will thereafter inform each bidder of the final decision 4.The bidder should present at least 3 completion certificate from reputable institutions to substantiate his competency and ability in the areas of Electrical installations, Structured cabling and Airconditioning installation as per the subject of this tender. 5.The quotations should include VAT and RRA certificate with a valid tax clearance certificate; RSSB certificates; a valid Trading license or RDB Certificate with at least 3 years experience in similar activities. Note that the bidding company must be certified with RURA as the operator for 2 out the 3 activities i.e: Electrical and HVAC. Note that the bidder should be in the fields tying with this present tender as per RDB registration certificate; Note 1 : On attachment you will see the BOQ and scope of work to be done (please consider this) Note 2:The best bidder will be required to work day and night with minimum supervision and within 3 days. Note 3:The selected company will be ready to start works immediately after receiving the tender notification and the contract. Note 4:The selected company will not receive any advance payment until the work is completed, or as stipulated in the signed contract.
