1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works In Order To Create A Biodiversity Protection Center Called Green Garden As Part Of The Kobierzyn, Naturalnie Project! The Order Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Functional And Utility Program (Ffu). 3. The Subject Of The Order Consists In Particular In: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation Including Construction Design, Detailed Design, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Information Regarding Health And Safety Based On The Functional And Utility Program, As Well As Other Documentation Required By Legal Provisions At The Stage Of Design And Administrative Proceedings Regarding Obtaining A Permit/Notification Of Construction Works.2) Obtaining All Necessary Decisions/Consents And Administrative Permits On Behalf Of The Ordering Party,3) Performing Construction Works 4) Development Of As-Built Documentation. 4. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Stages, I.E. Stage I, Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Decisions/Approvals And Administrative Permits By (7 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract) And Stage Ii, Execution Of Construction Works With Equipment And Preparation Of As-Built Documentation (By 30/06/2026).5. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act Provides For Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Contract In The Scope Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Following Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party: Preparatory, Earth, Electrical And Sanitary Works. Each Time, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Within The Period Specified By The Ordering Party, Not Shorter Than 7 Business Days, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Documents Confirming The Conclusion Of Employment Contracts By The Contractor (Or Subcontractor) With The Persons Referred To In The First Sentence, E.G. Certificates. The Documents Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation (Eu) 2016/679 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 27 April 2016 On The Protection Of Natural Persons With Regard To The Processing Of Personal Data And On The Free Movement Of Such Data, And Repealing Directive 95/46/Ec, I.E. .
