When Describing The Subject Matter Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Specifications Technical And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
