1) Part 1 - Floristry Training Service The Aim Of The Floristry Training Is To Acquire Knowledge And Skills On The Border Between Nature And Art And Its Practical Application In The Field Of, Among Others: Wedding, Funeral, Holiday, Communion, Special Occasion Floristry, Etc. The Ordering Party Anticipates A Maximum Of 300 Hours Of Classes In The Period From March 2025 To December 2026, In Which Training Support Will Be Provided To 35 People In 5 Training Groups. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of People And Training Groups Depending On Demand. Classes Will Be Held In Places Provided By The Ordering Party, With The Possibility Of Using Sanitary And Hygienic Facilities. The Contractors Costs Include The Costs Of Travel To The Town In The Strumień Commune And Providing All Materials Necessary To Conduct Classes. The Service Will Be Provided On Business Days From Monday To Friday, Except For The Days Referred To In Art. 1 Point 1 Of The Act Of January 18, 1951 On Days Off From Work. In Exceptional Circumstances, If The Assumed Average Monthly Number Of Hours Of Services Is Impossible To Achieve By The Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Transferring Them To Subsequent Months, Provided That They Cannot Exceed The Maximum Number Of Hours For The Duration Of The Order. The Scope Of The Service Is Determined By The Ordering Party In Consultation, Taking Into Account The Individual Preferences And Educational Needs Of The Project Participants. The Deadlines For The Service Are Specified By The Ordering Party In Writing. The Scope Of The Service Does Not Affect The Valuation Of The Service During Its Implementation.
