Subject Of The Order1) The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Organizing And Conducting Therapeutic Classes And Consultations For Parents In The Field Of Supporting Childrens Speech Development. The Total Number Of Hours Of Classes - Up To 210. Note: Classes Must Be Held Successively In Accordance With The Childs Psychophysical Capabilities (Maximum Two Hours A Week For One Child). The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Adapt The Lesson Plan According To The Parents Needs. In Special Cases, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out Classes At The Childs Place Of Residence.2) The Subject Of The Order Is Carried Out In Connection With The Agreement No. Mein/2022/Dwew/1116, Concluded On April 28, 2022, Between The Minister Of Education And Science And The Tuchola County. .3) The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Guidelines For Conducting The Government Program Of Comprehensive Support For Families For Life And Based On The Provisions Regarding The Implementation Of Early Supporting Childrens Development. 4) The Aim Of Therapeutic Classes Is To Improve The Psychophysical Condition Of Children With Diagnostic Indications (Medical And Psychological And Pedagogical) Related To Developmental Deficits Or Disabilities Arising In The Prenatal Or Perinatal Period, Supporting Developmental Processes, Increasing Physical Capabilities, Including Motor Skills, Cognitive And Intellectual Abilities And Possibilities, Developing Speech, Improving The Functioning Of The Senses, Supporting Childrens Families In Raising And Managing Childrens Development.5) Contractor As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Undertakes To Perform The Following Activities Or Ensure The Performance Of The Following Activities By Persons Conducting Classes: A) Developing Individual Programs For Early Support For The Development Of Given Children (Hereinafter Referred To As Ipwwr), B) Conducting Therapeutic Classes, Hereinafter Referred To As Classes, For Children, In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, Based On Ipwwr By December 19, 2025 - With An Hour Of Classes Lasting 60 Minutes, C) Submitting The Ipwwr To The Ordering Party For Approval - By 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, D) Developing And Submitting To The Ordering Party A Schedule Of Classes For All Months Of The Contract, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement.
