Road), - 2 Pieces Of Hydraulic Arms, - 2 Pieces Of Mulching Heads For Bushes, Branches And Grass, - 2 Pieces Of Heads For Stump Milling, - 3 Pieces Of Mounted Municipal Sprayers.2. The Tractors Are Intended For Work Mainly Related To The Summer Maintenance Of County Roads And, Above All, For The Maintenance Of Green Areas. The Tractors Will Not Be Intended For Commercial Use Or Agricultural Work. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Tractors And Accessories Are Brand New, Manufactured In 2024 Or 2025. The Term Brand New Should Be Understood As Equipment Purchased From Any Supplier If It Has Not Been Previously Used (Operated). On The Day Of Delivery Or Within 3 Days Of Delivery, The Contractor Will Organize Training In A Given Road Circuit In The Field Of Operation, Maintenance, Minor Repairs, Operation And Inspection Of The Delivered Vehicles With Accessories For At Least 4 People Indicated By The Ordering Party. 4. The Tractors And Accessories Offered By The Contractor Should Be Fully Operational And Meet The Technical, Quality And Operational Requirements Specified In The Order Description. Tractors Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By Applicable Regulations For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997. Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act. 5. Tractors Must Have A Current Approval Allowing For Use On Public Roads In Accordance With The Act Of April 14, 2023 On Approval Systems For Vehicles And Their Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 919).6.
