The Subject Of This Order Is A Cloud Computing Access Service In The Sass Model To The Alma Library Resources Management System And The Primo Scientific Search Engine And Ensuring Business Continuity For A Period Of 12 Months (Service Continuation). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Document Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Is Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Pzp And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, However, The Requirements And Technical Parameters And Standards Specifying The Subject Of The Order Provided By The Ordering Party Are The Minimum Conditions That The Ordering Party Will Expect To Be Met. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Product He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 4.
