Zud Works Will Be Performed Include: • Coordination Of Work Related To The Winter Campaign: - Organizing A Zud Management Point, Appointing A Person Responsible For Preparation For Zud And Managing Winter Maintenance Works, For Works Related To Winter Maintenance, - Keeping The Zud Work Journal.• Preparing Equipment Necessary For Clearing Snow From Roads And Combating Winter Slipperiness. Each Vehicle Should Be Equipped With Two Reflector Lamps And One Combined Warning Lamp.• Preparation Of Roughening Materials: - A Mixture Of Sand With 4% Salt To Combat Slipperiness On Roads, - Sand With A Grain Size Of 0-2 Mm To Combat Slipperiness On Sidewalks And Squares. Equipping The Places Designated By The Ordering Party With Sand, Regular Sand Replenishment. • Removing Snow From The Road, Sidewalks And Pedestrian Crossings, Parking Bays, Bus Bays And Parking Lots On Sections Covered By The Winter Maintenance Plan. The List Of Roads Is Presented In Annex No. 11 To The Swz.• Combating Slipperiness On Sidewalks And Pedestrian Crossings By Sprinkling Sand To A Specified Standard.• Combating Slipperiness On The Road By Sprinkling A Mixture Of Sand With 4% Salt To A Specified Standard.• Clearing Snow From Roads And Sidewalks On Sections Listed In Annex 11 To Swz.•Loading And Removal Of Snow In The Event Of Excessive Accumulation. This Activity Will Be Performed In Exceptional Situations, Only On The Recommendation Of The Employer And Within The Agreed Scope As To The Amount And Place Of Snow Storage.• Cleaning The Streets After Winter - Sweeping The Road With A Mechanical Sweeper And Manually, Collecting Sand Accumulated At The Curbs And In The Sewage, Including Waste Management.• Readiness For Zud Understood As A Weather Condition In Which There Is No Need To Take Active Action On The Roads, But It Is Necessary Maintaining Snow Removal Equipment (At Least 2 Plows) And Slippery Removal Equipment (At Least 1 Sand Spreader) In Constant Technical Readiness. Equipment Operating Personnel And Snow Removal Equipment Should Start Work On The Road Within Max. 1 Hour From The Ordering Partys Telephone Order To Start The Zud Campaign.• Deadline For Street Cleaning After Winter - The Works Should Be Completed No Later Than April 30, 2025, This Deadline May Be Extended Due To Unfavorable Weather Conditions, But No Longer Than May 15 2025.
