1. The Order Covers The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Catching And Transporting Homeless Animals From The Area Of The Daleszyce Commune To The Shelter, And, In Necessary Cases, To The Veterinary Clinic, After Obtaining A Notification From An Authorized Employee Of The City And Commune Office In Daleszyce. The Service Will Be Provided In Accordance With Applicable Legal Standards In This Regard, And In Particular In Accordance With: The Act Of August 21, 1997 On Animal Protection (Journal Of Laws 2023.1580), The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of August 26, 1998 In On The Rules And Conditions For Catching Stray Animals (Journal Of Laws Of 1998, No. 116 Item 753) Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1469), Council Regulation (Ec) No. 1/2005 Of December 22, 2004 On The Protection Of Animals During Transport And Related Activities And Amending The Directives. Catching An Animal Means Catching One Animal. Animal, Provided That A Female Dog With A Litter Or Puppies And A Female Cat With Kittens Are Treated As One Animal. Interventions Will Be Undertaken 7 Days A Week, 24 Hours A Day, No Later Than 3 Hours From Receiving The Notification.
