The Physical Object Of The Sub-Project Procurement Of An Integrated Remote Management System - Remote Monitoring Of The Water Balance In Existing Land Improvement Infrastructures, G.O.E.B. Acheloou Consists Of The Following Parts: 1. One (1) Information Gathering, Supervisory Control And Network Operation Management System Consisting Of Thirty-Five (35) Local Open Channel Metering Stations (Loms) Which Will Be Installed In Respective Pumping Stations As Well As Alarm Systems And Supervision Of The Interior Of The Facilities With Immediate Notification By Sending Electronic Messages Of Mobile Telephony 2. One (1) System Of Sound Or Smart Irrigation Using Wireless Link Technologies That Will Allow Real-Time Monitoring Of Soil And Air Humidity And Temperature Measurements Using Relevant Sensors. The System Will Include In Addition To The Nodes (Sensors) And Weather Stations That Will Provide Environmental Measurements That Will Feed Evapotranspiration Estimation Models. 3. One (1) Central Control Station (Csc) Which Will Include The Installation Of A Central Control System That Aims To Collect All Data From Local Facilities And Their Overall Processing For The Purpose Of Energy Management Of The System, The Immediate And Global Presentation Of Water Balances, Data Analysis For Resource Management, Strategy Formulation, Demand Forecasting, Decision Support And Water Resources Operation Rules. 4. Communications Network For The Telecommunication Of The Open Channel Local Measuring Stations (Lcms) With The Kse Consisting Of The Necessary Communication Hardware And Software.
