The Sub-Concessionaire Will Be Sub-Concessioned With A Global Mission Of Financing, Design, Construction And Operation Of A New Refueling System Constituting A Centralized Storage-Distribution Infrastructure. The Missions Entrusted To The Sub-Concessionaire Include: - The Resumption Of Operation Of All Current Refueling Installations For The Duration Until The Commissioning Of The New Refueling System. - Obtaining Authorizations For The Establishment Of The Fueling System, In Particular With Regard To The Legislation Relating To Icpe, Pipelines For The Transport Of Dangerous Materials And The Provisions Of The Jig And The Easa. - Financing The Construction Of The New Refueling System. - The Design, Construction And Commissioning Of The New Fueling System. - Receipt And Quality Control Of Jet Fuels (“Jet A1” And Sustainable Saf Fuels) Supplied By Airline Molecule Suppliers. - The Transfer, Storage-Distribution Of The Product Until Loading By Approved Assistants For Putting The Jet Fuel On Board (Art. R. 6326-1 Of The Transport Code) - The Management Of Premises And Maintenance And Parking Of Vehicles From Ground Handling Companies Responsible For Boarding And Ancillary Services Useful For Operations. - Management Of External Fuel Unloading Services From Aircraft (“Defueling”) - Upkeep, Maintenance, Renewal And Upgrading Of The Infrastructure And Equipment Making Up The Refueling System. The System Will Be Managed With “Open Access” For Molecule Suppliers On The Basis Of Operating Regulations To Be Defined. The Project Implementation Areas Include On The One Hand An Unloading Station And On The Other Hand A Storage And Stuffing Station Which Will Be Connected By An Oil Pipeline System. The Required Capacity And The Expected Environmental And Landscape Quality Will Be Indicated In The Dce. Given The Nature Of The Project And The Location In The Southern Zone For Storage In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Sea, Candidates Must Have A Geotechnical Design Office At The Offer Stage. The Remuneration Of The Sub-Concessionaire Will Be Substantially Ensured By The Revenues From The Operation Of The Refueling System, Under The Conditions Indicated In The Dce. The Pricing Of The Services Provided By The Sub-Concessionaire Will Be Subject Annually To The Approval Procedure In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles R6325-17 Et Seq. Of The Transport Code. The Sub-Concessionaire Will Pay The Airport The Fees Provided For In The Dce. The Conditions For The Possible Transfer Of Staff From The Companies Currently Managing The Current Depot Will Be Specified In The Dce.
