Civil Engineering Consultancy Services – Framework Agreement Regarding Total Consultancy For The Capital Region, Center For Properties. The Capital Region Center For Property (Cej) Must Ensure That There Is A Good Physical Framework For The Regions Healthcare System. Cej Works To Create, Run And Optimize The Capital Regions Hospitals And Businesses, Which Are Necessary For The Region To Solve Its Important Social Tasks. To Support These Tasks, Cej Offers This Framework Agreement On Total Consultancy (Hereinafter The Framework Agreement). A Framework Agreement Is Entered Into With Three (Parallel) Total Consultants Who, Over The Next 2 Years (With The Possibility Of Extension For 2 X 1 Years), Must Continuously Assist Cej With The Handling Of Smaller Projects Of Less Than Dkk 20 Million. Dkk Cejs Department For Large Constructions (Sb) Is Thus Not Covered By These Agreements. Concrete Fee Tasks (Orders) Regarding The Performance Of Specific Consultancy Tasks Within The Framework Agreements Scope Of Application Will Be Awarded On An Ongoing Basis - Either By Direct Award Or By Holding Prior Mini-Tenders. Each Of The Three Advisers Will Be Assigned To A Number Of Departments At Cej, Which Are Distributed As Follows With A View To Solving Tasks Under ½ Million. Tasks That Exceed ½ Million Dkk. Dkk Will Be Awarded After Holding A Mini Tender Between The Three (Parallel) Advisers. The Framework Agreement Is Expected To Become Bor And Dots Primary Agreement Coverage For Tasks Relating To Total Consultancy. However, The Offered Framework Agreement Is Not Exclusive Or With A Purchase Obligation. The Three Parallel Framework Agreements (T Agreement 1, 2 And 3) Are Each Estimated To Have To Purchase Consultancy Services For Approx. 10 Million Dkk Annually, And Emphasis Has Been Placed On The Fact That The Purchasing Volume For Direct Allocations And For Mini Tenders Must Be Expected To Be Roughly Identical. However, This Is Determined By The Specific Need During The Term Of The Framework Agreements. The Maximum Value Of The Three Framework Agreements (T Agreement 1, 2 And 3) Is Dkk 20 Million Each. Dkk Annually, Which Corresponds To A Total Maximum Value Of Dkk 80 Million. Dkk Per Tr Agreement, Calculated For The Total Term Of The Tr Agreements Of 2 Years, Incl. Extension Of 2 X 12 Months (Option). The Maximum Value For The Tendered Three (Parallel) Framework Agreements In The Full Term Of The Framework Agreements Is Then Estimated To Be Dkk 240 Million In Total. Dkk The Uncertainty About The Total (Maximum) Value Of The Three Parallel Framework Agreements Is Mainly Due To The Fact That Currently There Is No Clarification Regarding Cejs Purchasing Needs, That The Individual Advisor At Traftale1, 2 And 3, Can Also Obtain Allocations According To A Rotation Principle And/Or After Holding A Mini Tender. At The Same Time As This Framework Agreement, Cej Also Offers A Framework Agreement Set Up For Each Builder Advice, Technical Advice – Engineer And Technical Advice – Architect. Each Set Up Is Tendered Separately By Means Of A Separate Tender Notice. A Tenderer Can Win One (Parallel) Agreement Per Framework Agreement Set Up, But With Regard To Specific Fee Assignments, For Example, Cannot Be Both Total
