The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Social Security Benefits Granted By The Social Insurance Institution. Delivery Of Social Insurance Benefits Granted By The Social Insurance Institution To Authorized Persons To The Address Indicated By The Institution May Be Carried Out Through Legal Persons Conducting Business In The Field Of Delivery Of Benefits: • In The Form Of Postal Orders Referred To In The Act Of November 23, 2012 - Postal Law; Or • In The Form Of Money Transfers Referred To In Art. 3 Section 3 Of The Act Of August 19, 2011 On Payment Services, Provided That The Provision (Payment) Of The Benefit To Authorized Persons Will Consist In Delivering The Benefit To The Address Indicated By The Company. The Minimum Number Of Transfers That Will Be Entrusted To The Contractor For Implementation Under The Agreement Is 40,000,000 Pieces (In Words: Forty Million), Provided That In The Event Of Changes To The Provisions Of Common Law In A Way That Affects The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Including The Minimum Number Of Transfers, The Above Number Of Transfers May Be Reduced. In Such A Case, The Subject Of The Agreement May Be Implemented To A Lesser Extent Resulting From Changes In Legal Provisions Or The Ordering Party May Terminate The Agreement Under The Conditions Specified In § 5 Section 1 Of The Material Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Form Of Material Provisions Of The Agreement Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Provisions Of The Regulation On Foreign Subsidies Distorting The Internal Market And The Regulation On Detailed Arrangements For The Conduct Of Proceedings By The Commission Pursuant To Regulation (Eu) 2022/2560 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council On Foreign Subsidies Distorting The Internal Market And The Procedure Set Out Therein Apply To This Procedure .
