Event Services – Organization Of The “Clean The South” Event Which Aims To Carry Out A Waste Cleaning Operation Across The Entire Regional Territory. Relaunch Of Lot 2: Logistics Services For The Organization Of The “Let’S Clean Up The South” Event. The Consultation Is Launched In The Form Of An Open Call For Tenders In Accordance With Articles R2161-2 To R2161-5 And R2162-1 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code (Ccp). The Contract Is At Mixed Prices: It Is Concluded Partly At A Global And Fixed Price And Partly In A Single-Award Framework Agreement At Unit Prices And Executed By Means Of Purchase Orders For Each Lot. The Services Will Be The Subject Of A Single Market. In Application Of Article L 2113-11 Of The Ccp, The Choice Not To Award This Contract Is Justified By The Following Reason(S): - The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Allow The Identification Of Distinct Services. Indeed, There Must Be Overall Consistency Between The Different Logistics Services. The Contract Is At Mixed Prices: It Is Partly At A Global And Fixed Price And Partly Under A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders. The Fixed Part Is Estimated At 80,000 Euros Excluding Tax. For The Purchase Order Framework Agreement Part: There Is No Minimum Amount. The Maximum Amount Is 50,000 Euros Excluding Tax For The Duration Of The Contract. Candidates Can Bid For All Lots. It Is Not Planned To Break It Down Into Sections
