Sludge-Handling Equipment – Wwtp Kolín – Reconstruction Of The Sludge Dewatering Line. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Reconstruction Of The Existing Sludge Dewatering Line. The Scope Of Delivery Consists Of Two Parts: Machine Part: Complex Reconstruction Of The Sludge Dewatering Line - A New Centrifuge Will Be Installed In Place Of The Existing Centrifuge, A New Flocculation Station Will Be Installed In Place Of The Existing Flocculation Station, Which Will Ensure The Preparation Of The Flocculant Solution From Both Powder And Emulsion Flocculant. The Existing Feed Pump Of Digested Sludge Will Be Replaced By Twin Feed Spindle Pumps Working In A 1+1 Assembly. A Shredder Will Be Fitted To The Suction Of The Spindle Pumps To Grind Fibrous Materials. The Sludge Dewatering Line Will Be Powered, Secured And Controlled From A New Switchboard, Which Will Ensure Automatic Start-Up And Shutdown Of The Entire Sludge Dewatering Line. A Trio Of Existing Screw Conveyors Will Also Be Connected To The Switchboard. Electrical Part: As Part Of The Electrical Part, A New Transmission Of Signals And Modification Of The Control System Will Be Made.
