The Main Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Secure The Ministerial Communitys Need For The Rental And Purchase Of Coffee Machines With Associated Consumables For Break Rooms, Tea Kitchens, Common Areas And The Like. It Is Also Desirable To Have The Option Of A Daily Service Agreement. A Total Of 130-150 Coffee Machines Are Expected To Be Rented Over A Period Of 4 Years. In Addition, It Is Expected That There Will Be Some Need For The Purchase Of Machines During The Contract Period. It Is Specified That The Estimated Number Of Machines Is Unclear, As During The Contract Period Several Of The Ministries Will Change Location In Connection With Moving Into New Government Quarters. Relocation Will Mean That Several Ministries Will Have A Change In The Number And Type Of Coffee Machines They Need. The Need For A Daily Service Agreement Is Expected To Be Limited To A Few Ministries, And There Are Currently 4 Ministries That Make Use Of This. It Is Noted That The Need For A Daily Service Agreement Will Decrease During The Agreement Period, As This Will Eventually Be Included As Part Of The Service Provided By The Canteen Supplier. The Customer Is Obliged To Buy Coffee Beans, Cocoa/Chocolate Powder And Milk Powder From The Supplier For Use On The Machines Rented Under This Agreement. The Agreement Is Otherwise Not Exclusive.
