Prior Information Notice For Public Transport Services By Railways - Selection Of A Carrier For The Conclusion Of A Contract For Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers In Public Rail Passenger Transport In The Hradec Králové Region - Operating Group Southeast. Ensuring Traffic Service By Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers By Public Rail Passenger Transport Within The Operating Group Southeast In Part Of The Territory Of The Hradec Králové Region In The Sense Of § 3 Par. 2 Of Act No. 194/2010 Coll., On Public Services In Passenger Transport And On The Amendment Of Other Laws, As Amended And To The Extent Stipulated By The Contract. Transport Services Will Be Provided On Sections Of Railway Lines In The Territory Of The Hradec Králové Region And, With The Consent Of The Pardubice Region, Also In Its Territory. The Focus Of Performance Will Be On The Lines Hradec Králové – Letohrad, Hradec Králové – Solnice And Hradec Králové – Rokytnice In Orlické Hory. On The Mentioned Lines, Approximately The Current Range Of Services Will Be Ordered With A Possible Increase In The Frequency Of Connections, Extension Or Addition Of Services (Possibly Also On Connecting Railway Lines), Including Inserted, Booster And Tourist Connections. In The Sections Hradec Králové – Rychnov Nad Kněžnou And Častolovice – Doudleby Nad Orlicí, The Customer Anticipates An Increase In The Number Of Connections Compared To The Current State, Following The Modernization Of The Railway Infrastructure. The Contract Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 15 Years. The Assumption Of The Start Of Operation Is From The Date Of The Nationwide Timetable Change In December 2031. The Customer Assumes That The Operation Will Mainly (Or Entirely) Be Provided By New Bemu Units. For The Acquisition Of Bemu Units, The Customer Assumes The Use Of Financial Support From The Transgov Program No. 1/2024 From The Resources Of The Modernization Fund (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subsidy Program). With Regard To The Conditions Of The Subsidy Program, The Carrier Will Be Obliged To Purchase New Bemu Units In The Procurement Procedure According To Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On Public Procurement, As Amended.
