This Public Contract (Delivery, Installation And Implementation) Will Be Co-Financed From The Integrated Regional Operational Program 2021-2027 Within The Call No. 4 Cyber Security – Sc 1.1 (Pr), Priority 1 Improving The Performance Of Public Administration, Specific Objective 1.1 Using The Benefits Of Digitization For Citizens, Businesses, Research Bodies And Public Bodies (Project: Ensuring Cyber Security Of Assets (Information Systems) Of The Statutory City Of Mladá Boleslav , Reg. No. Cz.06.01.01/00/22_004/0000053). The Main Goal Of The Project Is To Increase The Cyber Security Of The Assets Of The Statutory City Mladá Boleslav, I.E. Its Information Systems, Including The Information Managed In Them. The Technical Specification Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Describes The Technical Requirements For The Delivery Of A System To Support The Continuous Implementation Of Risk Analysis, Which Will Register All Assets, Identify Risks And Propose Appropriate Measures To Reduce The Detected Risks. The Resulting Solution Will Be A Tool For Cybersecurity Managers Or Those Designated To Manage Cybersecurity, Including The Ability To Engage Key Users And Asset Owners. We Require The Delivery Of A Comprehensive Isms Tool Which, Based On The Identified Assets, Will Automatically Evaluate Risks And Possible Vulnerabilities. It Will Assess Individual Risks, But Also Implement And Manage Appropriate Security Measures To Mitigate And Reduce Them. The Delivered Solution Must Be Regularly Updated To Meet Cyber Security Requirements And Nis2 Regulations. The Delivered Tool Must Enable The Import Of Data From Already Performed Asset Evaluation Analyzes In Accordance With The Fulfillment Of Cyber Security Requirements To Regulated Service Providers In The Regime Of Lower Obligations. At The Same Time, It Must Enable Connection To Operating Technologies That Can Provide The Tool With A Source Of Possible Risks. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Divided Into 3 Parts In Accordance With Section § 35 Of The Act, Namely: Part 1: Siem The Detailed Technical Specification Is Detailed In Appendix No. 1A_Siem. Part 2: End Station Protection Incl. Edr, Sam/Itam The Detailed Technical Specification Is Detailed In Appendix No. 1B1_Advanced Endpoint Protection Incl. Protection Of Virtualization Platforms And Edr And Annex No. 1B2 Sam Itam. Part 3: Asset Management Cyber Security And Security Event Logging The Detailed Technical Specification Is Detailed In Appendix No. 1C_Cyber Security Of Asset Management And Recording Of Security Events. The Offer Can Be Submitted For One Or More Parts. The Offer Is Submitted For Each Of The Parts Separately. The Supplier Must Fulfill And In Its Offer Fully And Without Exception Reflect All The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Set Out In Annex No. 1 (A, B, C) Procurement Documentation – Technical Specification. The Offered Solution Must Contain All The Specified Individual Items Listed In Annex No. 1 (A, B, C) – Technical Specifications. The Offer Must Include A Description Of The Performance Offered By The Supplier, Which Will Include A Description Of The Delivered Solution In Accordance With The Clients Requirements.
