The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Delivery By Purchase Of One Brand New And Unused Chain Tractor - Front Loader With Attached Equipment - Bucket And Forest Mulcher, For The Needs Of The Southwest State Enterprise Dp. The Requirements For The Chain Tractor - Front Loader With Attached Equipment - Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Indicated In The Technical Specification. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Presentation Of Variants Of The Offer. Each Participant Has The Right To Submit Only One Offer. The Submission Of An Offer Obliges The Participants To Fully Accept All Requirements And Conditions Specified In The Documentation In Compliance With The Sop And Ppzop And All Other Normative Acts Related To The Subject Of The Order. All Documents Presented By The Participants Must Be In Bulgarian. If A Participant Has Submitted A Document In A Foreign Language, It Must Also Be Submitted In An Official Translation Into Bulgarian. The Offers Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Documentation And Be Formatted According To The Samples Attached To The Documentation. The Samples Attached To The Documentation Are Mandatory. A Participant Who Submitted An Offer That Is Not Prepared According To The Mandatory Forms Will Be Removed From Participation! Delivery Term - Not Longer Than 30 (Thirty) Calendar Days. Place Of Delivery - The Place Of Delivery Will Be Within The Territorial Scope Of The Southwest State Enterprise Dp, And The Exact Location Of The Delivery Will Be Notified To The Contractor In Writing. All Costs Of Delivery Are For The Account Of The Contractor - Loading And Unloading Activities, Insurance, Transport And Others. The Acceptance And Handover Of The Delivery Is Carried Out With A Handover Protocol Signed By Both Parties To The Contract. Conditional Contract - At The Time Of The Opening Of The Current Procedure, The Contracting Authority Has Not Provided Financing To Ensure The Execution Of The Order. The Contracting Authority Will Enter Into A Contract With The Selected Contractor Under The Terms Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code. After Securing The Funding, The Contracting Authority Will Notify The Selected Contractor In Writing That It Has Secured Funding And Will Assign The Performance Of The Deliverable. Either Party May Request Termination Of The Contract Without Notice After A Period Of Three Months From Its Conclusion. Should Be Provided Within The Project Under Procedure No. Bg16ffpr002-3.005 Implementation Of Measures 46, 47, 48, 49 And 74 (Part I) Of The National Framework For Priority Actions For Natura 2000. Term Of The Contract - The Term For The Delivery Is According To The Proposed Term In The Participants Technical Proposal And Begins To Run From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, And Cannot Exceed 30 (Thirty) Calendar Days. Warranty Period - Bidders May Not Offer A Warranty Period For The Tracked Tractor - Front Loader That Is Shorter Than 24 Months Or 2000 Operating Hours, Whichever Occurs First. Participants May Not Offer A Warranty Period For Attached Inventory Shorter Than 24 Months.
