A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwiorb), Which Constitute Annex No. 3 To Swz.3. The Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Order And The Rules Regarding Payment Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 281 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Act On Public Procurement. The Contract Template Is Attached As Annex 4 To Swz.4. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order.
