The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase Of An Agricultural Tractor With Accessories For The Needs Of The County Roads Authority In Końskie. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 1 Piece Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor, Free From Defects And Damage, With Front And Rear Three-Point Linkage, Having All The Necessary Equipment Enabling Movement On Public Roads In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, O Power Of At Least 115 Hp To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, I.E. The District Road Authority In Końskieul. Stanisława Staszica 2, 26-200 Końskie – Road District Ul. Warszawska 56 26-200 Końskie, Together With All Costs Incurred By The Contractor For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And In Particular Will Include The Costs Of: Agricultural Tractor With Accessories, Delivery, Customs Duties, Excise Duty, Insurance Before Acceptance, Training Of Representatives The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Servicing And Exploitation Of The Subject Of The Order At The Ordering Partys Headquarters And Providing A Complete Set Of Required Documentation. The Ordering Party Requires That The Tractor With Accessories (Arm And Individual Heads, Plug) Was Compatible In Every Configuration Confirmed By A Certificate Of Conformity. The Ordering Party Requires That The Total Share Of Electric Or Natural Gas-Powered Vehicles In The Fleet Of Vehicles Used To Perform The Subject Of The Order Is At Least 30%. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Based On An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Indicated Activities In The Scope Of Contract Execution, Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465 And Of 2024, Items 878, 1222 And 1871). Type Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order To Which The Requirement Applies Employment Under An Employment Relationship By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order, Method Of Verifying The Employment Of These Persons, And The Powers Of The Ordering Party To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These Persons And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements, Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz. If The Documentation Indicates In Relation To Certain Materials, Devices Or Technologies Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Or Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Other Reference Documents, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials, Devices Or Equivalent Technologies Or Offering Solutions Equivalent In Terms Of Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters Described In The Design Documentation, While Materials, Devices Or Technologies From Specific Manufacturers Det
