Arts-Facility Operation Services – Public Service Concession For The Management Of The Cap D’Agde Arenas. Public Service Concession Awarded In Accordance With The Provisions Of The General Code Of Territorial Authorities, In Particular Articles L 1411-1 Et Seq. And R 1411-1 Et Seq., And The Public Order Code, In Particular Articles R 3126-1 Et Seq. . The Concession Contract Involves Occupation Of The Public Domain And Therefore Constitutes Authorization To Occupy This Domain For The Goods Made Available And For Its Duration. The Goods Made Available Are The Arenas Themselves As Well As The Buildings (Ticket Offices, Kitchen, Cold Room, Refreshment Bar, Toilets, Etc.) And The Outbuildings (Lodges, Garages, Etc.). The Contract Is Concluded At The Risk Of The Concessionaire, It Being His Responsibility To Take Out The Necessary Insurance Policies. The Concessionaire Will Have Sole Responsibility For Organizing Shows In The Arenas, Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. He Must Provide Quality Shows, Respecting Decency And Good Morals. He Will Be Responsible For: - The Creation Of The Program And The Expenses Inherent To The Shows; - The Promotion Of These Shows And The Related Costs; - Control, Cleaning And Handling Staff For The Operation Of The Arenas; - The Rental Service For The Ticket Office; - Costs Relating To The Supply Of Water During The Period Of Operation Of The Arenas; - All Expenses Necessary For The Organization And Smooth Running Of The Shows. In July And August He Must Provide: - 3 Variety Shows Per Month, With The Appearance Of A Major Star, At Least Once Each Month; - 2 Swimming Pool Bulls Per Week, At Least. The Concessionaire Will Also Be Able To Organize Shows In May, June, September And October. Bidders Are Therefore Invited To Make An Offer For Shows On The Tourist Season Wings. The Concessionaire May Carry Out Additional Services Such As, For Example, The Sale Of Non-Alcoholic Drinks. He Will Receive Revenues From The Sale Of Entry Tickets To The Various Shows He Organizes; Revenue From Animations Or Advertising Announcements; Revenues From The Sale Of All Products Within The Arenas, During Shows; Revenues From The Operation Of The Arena Refreshment Bar On The Days When The Concessionaire Organizes A Show. The Concessionaire Will Pay Annually To The City A Public Domain Occupancy Fee Representing A Percentage Of Turnover With A Minimum Amount Of 8,000 Euro(S).
