This Consultation Concerns The Award Of A Partnership Contract Within The Meaning Of Article L.1112-1 Of The Public Procurement Code. Its Purpose Is A Global Mission Relating To: - The Financing, Design, Construction, Operation And Maintenance Of A Photovoltaic Power Plant Whose Pv Electricity Will Be Used Directly By The Community; - Assistance To The Community For The Award Of The Electricity Supply Contract And Aggregation Allowing Both The Aggregation And Valorization Of Pv Electricity And The Purchase Of Electricity For The Delivery Points Of The Perimeter. The Nature Of The Holders Missions Is In The Specifications. The The Contract Will Take Effect On January 1, 2026. The Duration Of The Contract Is Twenty-Five (25) Years From The Commissioning Of The Pv Plant.
