Disconnect All Power Sources before Performing Maintenance Work the Service Provider shall Submit the Report on Completion (Advise on Routine Maintenance) it is the Responsibility of the Service Provider to Ensure that the Generator is Running Efficiently on Completion. the Service Provider shall Sign a Permit to Work on Site Quotations from Service Providers Who were not Present on the Site Meeting shall not be Accepted Should There be Other Defects not Covered on the Scope and Cost Less for Repairs, the Contingencies are at 10% Conditions All prices quoted must be exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). 1. Prices quoted must include delivery and offloading charges and goods must be delivered to the address indicated. 2. All prices submitted must be firm. Firm prices are deemed to be fixed prices, which are only subject to the following statutory changes, namely VAT and any levy related to customs and excise. 3. Quantities are given in good faith and without commitment to the City of uMhlathuze. 4. Vendors not registered for Value Added Tax with SARS will be treated as Non VAT vendors. 5.
