The Total Estimated Gas Consumption [Kwh] In The Period From February 1, 2025 To January 31, 2026 Is A Volume Of 1,363,611 Kwh. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz, Which Constitutes An Integral Part Of This Swz And Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997. Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 716, As Amended), The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. The Indicated Values Were Used To Calculate The Estimated Value Of The Order, Which Does Not Reflect The Actual Or Declared Use Of Gas Fuel During The Term Of The Contract And Cannot Under Any Circumstances Constitute The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. The Ordering Party Reserves That During The Duration Of The Contract, The Estimated Amounts Of Gas Fuel Used May Be Decreased Or Increased. 1. The Ordering Party Informs That The Change Of Supplier For The Collection Points: Primary School In Gadka, Małyszyn Górny, Tychów Stary, Tychów Nowy, Miriec, Kindergarten Mirzec, School And Kindergarten Complex In Jagodne (School And Kindergarten) Takes Place Once Again.2. The Contractor Will Carry Out All Activities And Arrangements With The Dso Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Supplier And Effectively Starting The Sale Of Gas Fuel, In Particular: Submitting New Gas Fuel Sales Contracts To The Dso. The Contractor Will Perform These Activities On The Basis Of Appropriate Powers Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party Upon Concluding Gas Fuel Sales Agreements.3. The Sale Of Gas Fuel Will Be Based On Contracts Concluded Separately By Individual Organizational Units Of The Ordering Party (Schools, Kindergartens).4. The Rates Of Distribution Fees Indicated In Annex No. 3 Must Be Consistent With The Current Tariff Of The Local Dso And May Change During The Execution Of The Order If The Tariff Of The Local Dso Changes. For The Purposes Of Carrying Out This Procedure And Comparing Offers, When Calculating Their Offers, Contractors Use The Indicated Rates For The Entire Period Of Contract Implementation.
