The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Investor Supervision Services For The Task Titled: Improving The Quality And Access To Obstetrics And Gynecology Services In The Clinical Department Of Obstetrics, Gynecology And Gynecological Oncology Of The Mazowiecki Specialist Hospital Sp. Z O. O. Based In Radom - Stage Ii. Including: 1) Providing Investor Supervision Over Works In All Industries Under The Investor Supervision Agreement, 2) Checking Compliance Of The Works Performed With The Design Documentation, The Ordering Partys Guidelines, Construction Law Regulations, Accepting These Works And Handing Them Over To The Ordering Party. 3) Monitoring The Implementation Of The Investment In Accordance With Safety, Occupational Health And Safety Rules And Applicable Regulations, 4) Participation In Meetings Organized By The Ordering Party, 5) Successive Transfer Of Work To The Contractor, With The Participation Of The Ordering Party, 6) Assistance In Organizing The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works In Accordance With The Contract Concluded With The Ordering Party, The Approved Work Schedule And The Contract With The Managing Authority, 7) Agreeing With The User The Conditions And Possibilities Of Carrying Out Construction And Installation Works, Taking Into Account The Uninterrupted Use Of The Facility In An Active Facility. 8) Carrying Out Acceptance Of Works That Are Disappearing And Covered, 9) Checking Compliance Of The Works Performed With The Guidelines The Ordering Party And The Design Documentation, 10) Confirming The Actual Work Performed And Acceptance Of Completed Work Elements, 11) Checking The Substantive, Formal And Accounting Aspects Of The Work Settlements And Invoices Provided By The Work Contractor, 12) Ensuring That The Area Is Tidied Up After The Works Performed, And That All Waste Is Removed From Investment Implementation Area, 13) Participation In Partial And Final Acceptance Of The Completed Investment, 14) Management Correspondence With The Works Contractor, 15) Reporting On The Investment, 16) Settlement Of The Contract For Construction Works And Design Works In The Event Of Its Termination, 17) Carrying Out Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment On Behalf Of The Ordering Party.
