1. The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance Of Roads And Streets In The City And Commune Of Kostrzyn, Including Materials. Winter Road Maintenance In Winter Seasons Consists Of: Clearing Snow From Municipal Roads, Roadways, Roadsides, Parking Lots And Sidewalks, Combating And Removing Black Ice (Slippery), Removing Snow Piles On Roads And Streets In The City And Commune Of Kostrzyn And Emergency Work With Heavy Equipment ( Loader Or Backhoe Loader With A Bucket Capacity Of At Least 0.5 M3), If Necessary. 2. The Area Covered By The Order Was Divided Into Two Districts: 1 And 2, In Which Three Orders And Standards For Snow Removal From Roads And Streets Were Defined. 3. Roads Are Cleared Of Snow According To The Circuit Standard. The Requirements For Each District Along With The List Of Streets Are Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Winter Maintenance Plan For Roads And Streets In The Kostrzyn Commune.4. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is Ensured By The Contractor Using Its Own Equipment Or Equipment At The Contractors Disposal And Technically Efficient Equipment. The Equipment Used To Provide The Service Must Be Absolutely Technically Efficient.5. In The Event Of A Failure Of A Vehicle Or Equipment Unit, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Substitute With Installed Technical Devices. 6. The Contractor Should Clear Snow And Remove Ice From The Road On All Days Of The Week (Including Holidays), In Unfavorable Weather Conditions (Low Temperatures, Snowstorms And Blizzards, Etc.), In The Event Of Snowfall And Regardless Of The Time Of Day Or At Night, In A Manner And With Intensity Determined By The Amount Of Rainfall, So As To Ensure Road Passability And The Related Continuity Of Vehicle Traffic, In Particular Means Of Public Transport.7. Snow, Ice And Slush Removed From The Road Should Be Stored Along The Road, At The Curbs. When Carrying Out The Work, Special Attention Should Be Paid To Not Backfilling Sidewalks, Intersections, Exits, Entrances And Street Grates That Drain Rainwater. The Cleared Snow Must Not Prevent Water From Flowing Into Storm Drains, Prevent Vehicle Traffic, Especially At Intersections, And Pedestrian Traffic, Or Impede Parking Of Motor Vehicles, Entrances To Garages, Entrances To The Bay, Or Parking Lots.8. Each Time The Snow Removal Or Slipperiness Removal Service Will Be Commenced Only Upon The Order Of The Person Responsible For Supervising The Execution Of The Order On Behalf Of The Ordering Party (By Telephone Or Fax), Specifying The Place And Scope Of The Service. 9. Removal Of Snow Piles In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party Applies Only To Circuit 1 And Will Be Carried Out Only Upon Telephone Notification By A Person Authorized By The Ordering Party, As Will The Use Of A Heavy Snow Plow And A Rotor Plow With A Width Of Min. 2.30 M. The Place Of Depositing The Removed Piles Will Be Indicated On An Ongoing Basis By The Ordering Party At A Distance Of Up To 2 Km. 10. Communication With The Contra
