Natural Gas – Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of Gaseous Fuel - High-Methane Natural Gas Type E, Including The Delivery And Distribution Of Gas To The Facilities Of Uzdrowisko Busko-Zdrój S. A. 1) The Order Includes Delivery In The Quantity Indicated On The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 2) Details Regarding The Tariff Group, Estimated Annual Gas Consumption, And Contracted Capacity In Relation To Individual Consumption Points Are Described In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. In Order To Determine The Projected Gas Consumption In Kwh, A Conversion Factor Of 10.972 Was Adopted. Monthly Gas Consumption Over The Last 12 Months Is Indicated In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 3) The Indicated Consumption Of Natural Gas Is Estimated And Indicative, Which Is Only Used For Valuation And Then Comparison Of Offers, And Consequently Does Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Gas In The Given Quantity, Which May Increase Or Decrease During The Period Of Contract Implementation, And Settlement Will Be Made Based On Actual Gas Consumption In Individual Facilities, In Accordance With Meter Readings, At The Unit Price Resulting From The Contractors Offer. 4) Supplies And Distribution Services Will Be Performed Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385, As Amended) And The Implementing Provisions Of The Act And In Accordance With Provisions Of The Osd Tariff. The Quality Parameters Of Gas Fuels Are Regulated By The Provisions Of The Energy Law, Implementing Acts (In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System, Consolidated Text Of 2018, Item 1158, As Amended) And Polish Standards.
