The Subject Of The Order Is The Adaptation Of The Rooms Of The Operating Block On The Second Floor Of Pavilion No. 8 Into The Interventional Radiology Laboratory (Hybrid Room) On The Basis Of Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Requirements Of Medical Equipment, Technical Requirements Of Non-Medical Equipment And Stwoir Constituting Annex No. 2 To This Swz. Additionally, As Part Of The Submitted Offer, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Construct Horizontal Sections Of Water And Sewage Installations (Hot Water; Hot Water And Sewage) With A Length Of Up To 3 M, Including Connection To The Risers For All Consumption Points Covered By The Medical Technology Project, As Well As The Dismantling/Replacement Of Radiators And Central Heating Valves. In The Area Covered By Adaptation In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Medical Technology Project Or The Necessity Resulting From The Technology Of Performing Works.2. As Part Of This Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Installation Of Medical Gases To The Extent Covered By The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities Cost Estimate. In Accordance With The Act On Medical Devices Of April 7, 2022 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620) And The Medical Directive 93/42/Eec, The Medical Gas Installation Is A Class Iib Medical Device, Rule 2.9.11.12, And Like Any Medical Device, In Order To Be Put Into Use, It Must Be Marked With The Ce Mark And Entered Into The Collection Data Referred To In Article 64 Of The Medical Devices Act. Works Related To The Construction And Acceptance Of Medical Gas Installations Should Be Carried Out Under The Supervision Of Entities Authorized As The Entity Responsible For Placing The Medical Device On The Market After Meeting The Requirements Of The Above-Mentioned Provisions Final Protocol.3. As Part Of This Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery And Installation Of The Following Equipment: Led Operating Lamp - 2 Pcs., Ceiling Medical Supply Column - 2 Pcs., Operating Room Integration System, Together With The Equipment Indicated In The Opz. Detailed Technical Requirements Of The Supplied Equipment Are Included In Annex No. 2 To This Swz. As Part Of This Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery And Installation Of Other Equipment, The Scope Of Which Is Indicated In The Bills Of Quantities, Other Appendices And The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.
