This Declaration Is Aimed At The Possibility Of Applying The Vat Exempt Rate In Accordance With Art. 43 Section 1 Point 29C Of The Act On Tax On Goods And Services And § 3 Section 1 Point 14 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Finance Of December 20, 2013 On Exemptions From Tax On Goods And Services And The Conditions For Applying These Exemptions.3.
