1. The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance Of District Roads In The Chmielnik Commune In The Period Until March 31, 2025. The Subject Of The Order Includes Winter Maintenance Of District Roads In The Chmielnik Commune In Accordance With The List Of Streets - Annex No. 2 To Swz And The Map - Annex No. 2.1 To Swz4. Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Chmielnik Commune In The 2023/2024 Winter Season Will Include: Preventive Measures, Removal Of Slipperiness And Snow Removal, Using Own Materials, Equipment And Transport. 5. Winter Maintenance Is To Ensure Continuous, 24-Hour Passability Of The Roads Covered By This Order And Consists In Clearing Snow From The Road By Mechanically Removing Snow From The Road With A Plow Mounted On An Appropriate Vehicle, Combating Winter Slipperiness By Removing It By Sprinkling The Road Surface With Sand And Salt (Removing It From The Road Surface Ice, Icy Snow, Etc.)
