Work Detail

X-Ray Inspection Equipment – Further Development Of Railway X-Ray Ccei-2021-Bcross. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Further Development Of 1 Existing Railway Cargo Screening X-Ray System, Which Must Affect The Following Main System Elements: - Landmarks Providing Radiation Shielding At The Point Of X-Ray Emission And Landmarks For Radiation Protection Purposes; - Device Emitting Ionizing Radiation (Accelerator And Detector Subsystem); - Device That Creates, Processes, Analyzes, Transmits And Collects X-Ray Images; - Closed-Circuit Surveillance, Motion Detection Camera System (Cctv); - Container Number Reading And Image Recording System; - It System; - Loudspeaker System; - Wired Or Wireless It Network Connections. Requirements For Further Development Of The X-Ray Unit: - The System Must Use A Linear Accelerator To Generate X-Rays, Which Ensures A High Level Of Reliable Operation (Isotope Or Neutron Sources Are Not Acceptable). - The X-Rays Emitted By The Linear Accelerator Should Be At An Energy Level Of 4/6 Or 6/9 Mev. - The Radiation Produced Should Be Able To Penetrate Up To 300 Millimeters Of Steel So That The Detectors Used Can Still Form An Evaluable Image. - Its Penetration Ability Should Be Such That It Can Detect A Lead Block Hidden Behind A Steel Plate At Least 300 Millimeters Thick. - Its Contrast Sensitivity Should Be Such That It Can Detect A 2-Millimeter Steel Plate Placed Behind A 100-Millimeter-Thick Steel Plate, As Well As A 2-Millimeter Diameter Steel Wire. - Its Spatial Resolution Should Be Such That It Can Detect A Grid Made Of Steel Wire With A Diameter Of 2 Millimeters And A Spacing Of 5 Millimeters. - The System Should Be Capable Of Detecting Transported Organic And Inorganic Materials (E.G. Objects Hidden Between Or Behind Pine Lumber Per Carton, E.G. Weapons, Ammunition, Chemicals, Drugs, Etc.). Detector Requirements: - The Radiation Detection System Or The Detection Module Must Be Fixed In Order To Ensure A Constant Distance Between The X-Ray Source And The Detector. Furthermore, The Linear Detector Unit Should Contain Special Collimators In Order To Minimize The Effect Of Scattered Radiation. - In Case Of Unequal Values Of The Intensity Of The X-Ray Beam Along The Test Line (Area), The Signal Intensity Distortion Between The Two Endpoints Of The Beam Should Be Compensated Electronically. The Aim Of The Further Development Of The System Is To Make Ak Control More Effective Than The One Currently In Operation Through The Integrated Application Of Modern Technologies. The Development Of The System Can Also Be Achieved By Replacing Or Renovating The Main Units (Especially Accelerator, Imaging Detector, Electrical Control). However, Ak Informs You That The Elements Of The Current System Have Exceeded Their Planned Operating Time, With The Exception Of The Aggregator. Ak Stipulates That Only Such Technology Can Be Used, Which Works Non-Destructively, By Creating Images Produced With Ionizing Radiation. In The Case Of The Technical Fulfillment Of The Requirements, Ats Decision Is Which Existing Equipment Units To Replace With New Ones V
