Name Of The Task: Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Expansion And Renovation Of The Administration Building, Including Demolition Works And Land Development. The Future Investment Is Located In The Town Of Półkoły 2, On Part Of The Registration Plot 3169/11 - Iłowo-Osada District, Iłowo-Osada Commune. The Area In Question Is Covered By The Local Development Plan - Resolution Of The Commune Council In Iłowo-Osada: No. X/99/2003 Of 2003-12-15 Regarding: Wsi Białuty, Brodowo, Chorap-Purgałki, Dźwierznia, Gajówki-Mansfeldy, Iłowo-Dwukoły, Janowo-Pruski, Mławka, Sochy, Wierzbowo.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Program And Spatial Concept And Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For All Industries For The Above-Mentioned Task In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Regulations, Arrangements In Administrative Decisions Regarding The Construction Project And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Order Also Includes Obtaining All Legally Required Arrangements, Opinions, Conditions And Permits, As Well As Exercising Authors Supervision Until The Final Acceptance Of The Completed Works. A Situational And Elevation Map Has Been Prepared For The Area Covered By The Investment For Design Purposes. The Planned Investment Task Includes Reconstruction, Expansion And Renovation. The Existing Two-Story Administrative Building (The Headquarters Of The Długoły Forest District) And Land Development With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure. The Scope Of The Study Also Includes The Development Of An Interior Design Project, Preparation Of Documentation For The Demolition Of Two Existing Single-Story Buildings And A Metal Observation Tower, And Documentation For The Construction Of A Deep Well. Currently, There Are Three Buildings On The Investment Site: The Forest District Headquarters Building Located In The Southern Part Of The Plot And Two Auxiliary Buildings - A Building With A Boiler Room And An Archive, And A Workshop Building. The Ancillary Buildings Are Scheduled For Demolition. Near The South-Eastern Corner Of The Headquarters Building There Is A Forest District Observation Tower, Also Scheduled For Liquidation. The Existing Headquarters Building Will Be Expanded By Building A Connector Between The Buildings. The Forest District Headquarters Building With A Usable Area Of 409.17 M2 And A Built-Up Area Of 277.00 M2 Dates Back To 1903. It Is Equipped With The Following Utilities: Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, Cold Water From A Deep Well (Water And Legal Permit Until 2026), Sewage (Two Septic Tanks), Hot Water And Central Heating. From The Boiler Room (Wood Stove). The Building Has A Complete Basement And Two Floors Above Ground Level - The Ground Floor And The First Floor, Which Is Partly An Attic, The Attic Above The Central Part Of The Building Is Unusable.
