The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Public Services In The Field Of Regional (Provincial) And Agglomeration Rail Passenger Transport In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship In The Years 2026 - 2030, Taking Into Account The Conditions Specified In This Procedure And All Annexes, In Particular In The Template Agreement. 1. In The Scope Of Providing Public Services That Are The Subject Of The Contract, The Following Tasks Will Be Performed: 1) Providing Public Services In The Field Of Provincial Railway Passenger Transport, Hereinafter Referred To As Podkarpacka Kolej Regionalna Or The Abbreviation Pkr On The Railway Lines Specified In Annex No. 1A And In Accordance With The Train Timetable Constituting Annex No. 2A To The Draft Agreement; 2) Provision Of Public Services In The Field Of Agglomeration Rail Passenger Transport, Hereinafter Referred To As Podkarpacka Kolej Aglomeracyjna Or The Abbreviation Pka, On The Railway Lines Specified In Annex No. 1B And In Accordance With The Train Timetable Constituting Annex No. 2B To The Draft Agreement; 3) Providing Services In The Field Of Management Of The Railway Vehicle Maintenance System And Performing Maintenance And Repair Activities On Vehicles Owned By The Podkarpackie Voivodeship, Transferred Together With Pkas Technical Support For Use By The Contractor To Operate Trains In The Tasks Specified In Points 1 And 2 Above. 2. A Detailed Description And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Terms Of Reference. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Transport Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Agreement, In Particular By: 1) Submitting Applications For The Allocation Of Train Paths Agreed With The Ordering Party To The Railway Infrastructure Manager In Accordance With The Deadlines Specified In The Network Regulations; 2) Ensuring Access To Railway Infrastructure, Including Railway Stations And Stops; 3) Providing Information About The Conditions And Rules Of Transport, The Amount Of Fares (Tariff); 4) Publicizing Train Timetables; 5) Organizing The Sale Of Tickets For The Transport Services - Appropriate Distribution Channels; 6) Ensuring The Quality Of The Transport Provided That Meets Appropriate Standards; 7) Ensuring Trains Appropriate To The Needs; 8) Use For This Purpose The Rail Vehicles Provided To It By The Ordering Party And The Technical Facilities For Their Maintenance. 4. For The Purposes Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Rail Vehicles Owned By The Ordering Party And, At The Same Time, For The Duration Of Making All Vehicles Available, Obliges The Contractor To Perform The Function Of Ecm In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Draft Agreement - I.E. The Entity Responsible For The Rolling Stock Maintenance System In Accordance With The Commission Implementing Regulation. (Eu) 2019/779 Of 16 May 2019 5. List And Technical And Operational Parameters Rolling Stock Are Included In Annexes No. 11A And 11B To The Draft Agreement. 6. The Contractor Will See
