Site-Investigation Services – Relaunch Multi-Award Framework Agreement For Geotechnical Study And Soil Reconnaissance Missions To Be Carried Out On The Paris Habitat Heritage And Its Land Prospecting (Paris And Metropolitan Territory. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is A Framework Agreement For Geotechnical Study And Soil Reconnaissance Missions To Be Carried Out On The Paris Habitat Heritage And Its Land Prospecting (Paris And Metropolitan Territory). The Services Will Give Rise To A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Without Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Annual Amount Of 2,500,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax (I.E. A Maximum Amount Over The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement Of 10,000,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax) Concluded For A Maximum Period Of 48 Months. Indeed, The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Fixed Period Of 12 Months, Renewable 3 Times By Tacit Agreement For A Period Of 12 Months, Without Its Duration Being Able To Exceed 48 Months. Consequently, 4 Successful Bidders Will Be Designated, Subject To A Sufficient Number Of Classified Offers. The Terms Of Allocation Of Purchase Orders To The Different Holders Will Be Done In Turn According To The Order Of Classification. Nb: Any Holder Who Has Been Awarded A Purchase Order For An Operation Will Be Awarded Any Subsequent Purchase Orders Concerning The Same Operation (Taking Into Account The Technical Link Between The Different Missions)
