Public Transport Services By Railways – Selection Of A Carrier For The Conclusion Of A Contract For Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers In Public Rail Passenger Transport On The Line P3 Plzeň - Domažlice Město. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Provision Of Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers In Order To Ensure The Transport Service Of The Pilsen Region By Public Rail Passenger Transport In Accordance With § 2 Zovs In The Period From The Date Of The Nationwide Change Of Timetables In December 2026 To The Day Preceding The Date Of The Nationwide Change Of Timetables In December 2036 On The Territory Of The Pilsen Region For The Operation Of Trains On The Line P3 Pilsen - Domažlice Město. The Subject Of The Tender Will Be Fulfilled On The Basis Of The Contract Concluded With The Carrier That Submits The Most Economically Advantageous Offer. The Contract Will Be Concluded As A So-Called Gross Contract, Where Opportunities And Risks Associated With The Time Development Of The Revenue Amount Will Be Fully Borne By The Customer.
