Part Of The Subject Of Performance Is The Revival Of The Installed Equipment, The Execution Of All Related Work, Incl. Delivery Of All The Necessary Material And Software Equipment Required For The Proper Functioning Of The Device And Approval Of The Device For Operation On A Tram Track In Urban Public Transport In The Territory Of The Czech Republic. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Further Specified In Detail In The Draft Contract, Which Forms Annex No. 1 Tender Documentation, Whereby The Contract Will Be Concluded With One Supplier.
