The Scope Of The Study Will Cover The Area Of Plot No. 459/11, Płoty 3 Area, With An Area Of 3.7763 Ha. The Study Area Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Annex No. 11 - Supporting Documents. (Land Development Project From Design Documentation From 2018). The Study Area Is Included In The Municipal Register Of Monuments And Therefore The Ordering Party Provides The Municipal Register Of Monuments Card - Constituting Annex No. 11 - Supporting Documents. The Contractor Will Primarily Submit To The Ordering Party A Set Of Documents To The Extent Necessary To Start The Investment, Including The Construction Design, Executive Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, As Well As Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates. The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Obtain A Building Permit As Part Of The Subject Of The Order. Under This Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain All Decisions, Arrangements And Permits (Including Those From The West Pomeranian Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments) Required To Submit A Complete Application For A Building Permit, If Required By Law.
