Quotation are invited for Cutting & Welding of Generator Insulated Phase Bus Duct of GTE1 at Jebel Ali Power Station E, DEWA. SCOPE OF WORKA. A PORTION OF THE 10.5KV BUS DUCTS (IPBDS) ALONG WITH BUSBAR SHALL BECUT AND REMOVED AS INDICATEDIN THE ATTACHED PHOT O/DIAGRAM IN ANNEXURE-1B. RECONNECTION/WELDING OF THE SAME IPBDS AFTER INSTALLATION OF GTE1GENERATOR STATOR.C. THE CONTRACTOR HAS TO ARRANGE MINIMUM TWO FABRICATORS FOR CUTTING OFENCLOSURE & CONDUCTOR DURINGIPBD REMOVAL AND TWO WELDERS FOR WELDING JOB DURING RE-IN STALLATION.D. NDT ON THE WELDING JOINTS WILL BE CARRIED BY DEWA. IF ANY DEFECT ISOBSERVED, SAME TO BE RECTIFIED WITHOUTANY ADDITIONA L COST TO DEWA.E. THE SUPPLIED FABRICATOR & WELDER SHALL BE CERTIFIED AND EXPERIENCED.F. SUPPLY OF WELDING MACHINE, TOOLS AND WELDIN G RODS ARE UNDERCONTRACTOR#S SCOPE.G. WELDING ROD MATERIAL SHALL BE APPROVED BY DEWA BEFORE USE.H. ALL THE CUTTING & WELDING WORK SH ALL BE CARRIED OUT AS PER THEINTERNATIONAL STANDARDS AND UNDER OEM-ALFASTANDARD SPECIALIST.I. THE CUTTING AND WELDING PROCEDURE WITH SUPPORTING DRAWINGS SHALL BEPROVIDED ALONG WITH THE OFFER.
