The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Bird Repelling Activities Using Falconry Methods On The Premises Of The Museum Of Modern Art In Warsaw (Hereinafter Referred To As Msn) At Ul. Marszałkowska 103, Belonging To The Ordering Party.2. The Detailed Subject Of The Order Will Consist In Scaring Away Pigeons On The Premises Of The Msn Using Falconry Methods Using Species Of Birds Of Prey, Respecting The Principles Of Protection Of Bird Species During The Hatching And Rearing Period Of Young.3. The Subject Of The Order Consists In Performing The Following Activities: A. Checking The Places Most Exposed To Immissions Caused By The Presence Of Birds In The Museum;B. Checking Whether There Are Nests Of Birds From The Pigeon Family In The Building; C. Walk Around To Determine Possible Methods Of Securing The Area; D. Marking The Presence Of Birds Of Prey In The Building, Including The Facade And Cornices; E. Actively Scaring Away Birds In The Museum Area; F. Consultations On The Content Of Necessary Letters Regarding Environmental Protection, Including: With Rdoś, Veterinary Inspection, Etc.G. Preparing And Attaching To Monthly Reports Photographic Documentation Taken From The Air (E.G. A Drone) And From The Ground In Order To Confirm The Absence Of Nests With Young In The Msn Premises. The Scope Of The Order Includes 20 Visits By A Falconer Per Month Based On The Monthly Schedule Approved By The Ordering Party. On-Site Visit. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For A Mandatory On-Site Visit. However, The Ordering Party Sets The Following Date Within Which It Will Be Possible For Interested Contractors To Inspect The Area Around The Building At Ul.
