The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E And The Provision Of Its Distribution Services For Heating Purposes And Central Heating To The Catchment Management Board In Tczew, Ul. Kołłątaja 6, 83-110 Tczew. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Basic Order And The Order Under The Option Right: 2.1 Subject Of The Basic Order: Delivery Of 60,000.00 M3, I.E. 658,320 Kwh Of Natural Gas During The Duration Of The Contract To The Location Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Minimum Order Level Is 47,393.00 M3, I.E. 520,000 Kwh; 2.2 Order Under Option Law: Increase In The Amount Of Natural Gas By 12,000.00 M3, I.E. 131,664 Kwh During The Term Of The Contract. Detailed Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Requirements And Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In: − Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Appendix No. 1 To The Swz, − Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Appendix No. 6 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts For The Following Reasons: - For Technical And Organizational Reasons, The Order Forms An Inseparable Whole, - Dividing The Order Into Parts Does Not Carry Any Economic Benefits For The Ordering Party And Does Not Affect The Quality Of The Order Execution, - The Lack Of Division Into Parts Will Limit The Difficulties With Proper Settlement And Supervision Of The Order Execution, - When Dividing The Order Into Parts, Unit Prices Of Gas Could Increase With A Smaller Quantity Of Fuel Ordered And Direct And Indirect Costs Of Contractors Being Added Separately For Delivery And Distribution Implementing The Subject Of The Contract, - The Lack Of Dividing The Contract Into Parts Does Not Distort Competition By Limiting The Possibility Of Smaller Entities, In Particular Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises, To Apply For The Contract, Which Is In Accordance With Point 78 Of The Preamble Of Directive 2014/24/Eu Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 26 February 2014 On Public Procurement, Repealing Directive 2004/18/Ec (Oj Eu L 94 Of 28/03/2014, As Amended). 4.
