1.1. Development Of Plots Belonging To The Strawczyn Commune (276/2, 276/5, 277/2, 277/5, 278/5, 278/7, District 0002-Hucisko), Designing, Among Others: - Parking Lot - Bus Bay - Toilet - Shelter, Rest Area - Lighting - Monitoring - Accompanying Infrastructure - Information Board1.2 Design Of A Sidewalk From Plot No. 276/5, Hucisko Precinct To The Entrance To Perzowa Góra, In Accordance With Annex No. 9. 1.3 Revitalization Of The Park Of The Former Manor Complex In Promnik. The Scope Of The Task Includes: Preparation Of Design Documentation Regarding The Design Of The Park In Promnik Based On The Supporting Documentation Of The Revitalization Program Of The Historical Park In Promnik, Strawczyn Municipality, Kielce County On Plots Register No. 310/9, 310/12 And 310/15 Of May 2020 For The Strawczyn Commune - Annex No. 11 Along With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions And Conservation Recommendations (Including The Decision Of The Świętokrzyskie Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Kielce), Obtaining A Decision On Building Permit And All Other Required Arrangements And Permits Not Included In The Program Revitalization, And Created During The Design Stage. The Order Consists In The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Task, Which Includes: 1) Design Of Walking And Technical Alleys With Lighting; On The Plots 310/9, 310/12 And 310/15, Walking Alleys Should Be Designed (1, 5-1.8 M Wide, Surface Made Of Crushed Aggregate 0/20 Mm). Proposed Arrangement Of Paths Within Plot 310/9 In A Regular Arrangement, Parallel And Perpendicular To Each Other. Paths On Plot 310/12 Should Be Designed In A Free Arrangement. The Park Should Be Equipped With Benches And Garbage Bins.2) Design Of The Parks Greenery: Before Implementing The Project, The Contractor Must Conduct Another Inventory Of Trees In Order To Specify Possible Felling And Then Plant Trees And Shrubs On Plots 310/9, 310/12 And 310/15 (In Consultation With The Świętokrzyskie Monuments Conservator In Kielce). Only Trees That Are Compatible With The Original Tree Species Should Be Planted. On Plot 310/9, It Is Planned To Recreate A Fruit Orchard With Old Species Of Fruit Trees With An Admixture Of Trees: Lindens, Maples, Ashes, Hornbeams, Oaks And Chestnut Trees. 3) Design Of Information Boards - 4 Pieces. 4) The Subject Of The Order Is A Monument Entered In The Register Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments On The Basis Of The Decision Of The Wkz In Kielce Of December 17, 1957, Reference Number: Ki.4-A-2/280/57 (Reg. No. 635) And The Decision Of The Wkz In Kielce Of May 5, 1972, Reference Number: Ki-Vb-680/765/72 (Reg. No. 765) And Currently Listed Under The Number A.924/2. Taking Into Account The Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Subject Of The Order: Based On The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, Consolidated Text) And The Act On The Protection Of Monuments. 5) Work On A Historic Building Should Be Car
