In The Tender Documentation Described As Part 2 The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In Winter Seasons For The Task Titled: Winter Road Maintenance In The Sulików Commune In 2025 For Part 2 And Part 3.1. In Particular, The Contractors Obligations Include: 1) Clearing Snow From The Surface Of Municipal And Internal Roads Over The Entire Width Of The Road; 2) Combating Black Ice And Slipperiness With Non-Chemical Agents And Their Mixtures, Especially At Intersections, Bends, Hills And Bus Stops; 3) Provisioning By The Contractor On Its Own In Roughening Materials, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 27, 2005 On The Types And Conditions For The Use Of Measures That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares (Journal Of Laws Of 2005, No. 230, Item 1960) Or Other Relevant Regulations; The Contractor Undertakes To Apply The Above-Mentioned Regulations, Taking Into Account Possible Changes In The Legal Status In This Respect;4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Constantly Monitor The Condition Of Roads Subject To Winter Maintenance And To Secure An Appropriate Amount Of Materials Necessary To Combat Winter Slipperiness;5) Commence Works No Later Than 1 Hour After The End Of Rainfall , In The Case Of Continuous Rainfall, No Later Than 3 Hours After Its Commencement.6) Only Road Machines Registered And Approved For Road Traffic May Be Used To Carry Out Works Related To Winter Maintenance Of Municipal And Internal Roads.
