The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of A New Primary School Building For Grades 1-8 With 24 Or 32 Classes (General Classes And An Integration Class) For A Maximum Of 800 Students, Along With Obtaining All Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions And Permits. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex I.4 To The Swz Together With A Graphic Attachment.3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Indications Of Common Names, Trademarks, Manufacturers Names And Photos That May Appear In The Swz Together With Annexes In The Included Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Serve Only To Determine The Visual, Technical And Quality Features. Product Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Used In The Swz Together With Attachments Should Be Treated As Examples - The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products (Materials, Equipment). An Equivalent Product Is A Product That Has The Same Functional, Visual, Material And Technical Features As The Specific Product Indicated In The Swz But Is Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. The Quality Of An Equivalent Product Cannot Be Worse Than That Described In The Subject Of The Order, Cannot Lower The Standard In Any Way And Cannot Change The Principles And Technical Solutions Adopted In This Tor, And Thus Deprive The User Of Any Performance, Functionality Or Usefulness Described Or Resulting From The Tor. The Contractor Who Accepts Equivalent Solutions (Products) For The Valuation Of The Offer Is Obliged To Prove The Equivalence Of The Adopted Solutions, Including Equipment And Materials. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Equivalent Solution Meets The Requirements Specified In The Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, Along With The Offer, A Detailed Description/List Of The Offered Equivalent Procurement Subject Matter, Which Will Specify For Each Solution The Features Enabling Unambiguous Identification Of The Offered Solution And Confirmation Of Compliance With The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Procurement Contract. . Note: Failure To Submit Such A Description/List Will Be Tantamount To Accepting The Solutions Indicated In The Swz And The Annexes To The Swz.4. The Ordering Party Informs That In The Event Of Reference To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contained In The Swz Together With Annexes To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed, Which Means Such Technical, Operational And Utility Solutions That Ensure Meeting The Minimum Requirements At A Level Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Above-Mentioned Documents, Enabling The Achievement Of The Effect Intended By The Ordering Party Using The Technical Solutions Indicated In The Swz And Its Annexes.
