The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Maintaining And Caring For Caught Stray Dogs From The Brańszczyk Commune. 1. The Service Of Taking Over And Providing Comprehensive Care For Homeless Dogs Includes: A) Providing Homeless Dogs With A Place In An Animal Shelter Run By An Authorized Entity With Comprehensive Care In The Period From Their Delivery To The Shelter - Until The Dogs Death Or Adoption, Including: • Providing A Room Appropriate For The Breed, Sex, Age And Health Condition Of The Dog, Protecting The Dogs Against Cold And Precipitation, With Access To Daylight, Enabling Changes In Body Position, • Providing Appropriate Food And Constant Access To Drinking Water, • Ensuring The Possibility Of Running/Walking, • Obligatory Sterilization Or Castration Of Dogs, Deworming, Vaccination Against Rabies, • Euthanasia Of Blind Litters, • Euthanasia Of Dogs With No Hope Of Recovery After Obtaining A Medical Opinion At The Contractors Expense, B) Keeping Records Homeless Dogs From The Brańszczyk Commune, Placed In An Animal Shelter In A Way That Allows Their Identification Based On Documentation Shooting, 2. The Contractor Will Enable The Contractor, During The Shelters Operating Hours Specified In The Shelters Regulations, To Provide Services To Natural Persons Interested In Adopting Homeless Animals From The Brańszczyk Commune;3. Giving The Animal To A New Owner For Adoption May Take Place After Performing Procedures, Including: Vaccination, Deworming, Removal Of External Parasites, Microchipping, Neutering Or Sterilization Performed At The Expense Of 4. Immediately Informing The Ordering Party About Giving The Animal Up For Adoption Or Its Death/Euthanasia.5. Estimated Number Of Accepted Dogs During The Order Execution Period: - 25 Adult Dogs, - 5 Young Dogs (Puppies). Settlements For The Services Provided Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party Will Be Made In Relation To The Actual Number Of Imported Dogs According To The Unit Prices Indicated By The Contractor In Offer.6. If, Within 7 Days Of Admitting The Dog To The Shelter, The Owner Of The Dog Is Found Or Willing To Pick It Up, The Contractor Will Settle Accounts With The Ordering Party Separately Using The Rate Given In The Offer Form - In Accordance With Point 5 Points 3) No. 3. During The Order Execution Period, This Situation May Apply To 2 Dogs, But This Number Is Indicative And May Change. Attention!!! The Ordering Party Informs That When Implementing The Subject Of The Order, It Envisages The Use Of The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441(1) Of The Public Procurement Law, Which Means That The Quantities Given In Chapter Iii, Point 5 Of The Swz Are The Minimum Quantities That Should Be Valued In The Offer Form.
