As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, It Is Necessary To: Develop The Necessary Materials Together With Submitting An Application For A Decision On The Environmental Conditions Of The Project, Submit An Appropriate Application To The District Office In Rzeszów For Approval Of Documentation And Issuance Of A Building Permit, Obtain Positive Verification Of The Documentation Submitted For Approval. The Location Has Been Indicated In The Attached Graph. Area Covered By The Study Constituting An Annex To The Concept. The Scope Of The Order Was Indicated In The Concept Constituting An Annex To The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is Annex No. 6 To The Swz And In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Designed Provisions Of The Contract. The Design Concept, As An Element Of The Preliminary Arrangements, Is An Outline That The Ordering Party Takes Into Account In Its Investment Intention. Detailed Design Solutions Will Be Included In The Commissioned Design Study. The Scope Of The Order - Design Study Excludes The Elements Included In The Concept, I.E. The Water Reservoir And The Access Road. The Mentioned Facilities Will Be The Subject Of Separate Studies And Orders.
